"Me," his nemesis smiled, sharp grin clearly visible with glinting yellow eyes half-hidden by his ridiculous mask, wings stretched behind him in a familiar silhouette. "Hey there, little hero."

Grian's alter ego, Cuteguy, is known across the city for being three things: dangerous, insane, and completely obsessed with his hero counterpart, Hotguy. Scar is a café worker who spends his nights in a blue and orange visor to become Hotguy, the city's greatest hero with a past no one speaks of, who regularly battles his greatest nemesis, Cuteguy.
Cuteguy is notoriously obsessed with his nemesis. Scar is head over heels for the friendly avian who regularly visits his café. Both of them are hiding things, and one holds a secret that could change the very city they live in.
Between layers of endless lies, social media drama and rumours of government programs, two people trek the dangerous and unpredictable pathway of love between one whom it should be impossible to have it with.
But both of them have conquered the impossible before. -

“You’re not okay,” Grian said, spotting the dark stain on the sleeve. Blood. He grabbed the guy’s arm to steady him. The fabric was soaked, warm and sticky, dripping slowly. Grian’s stomach twisted. “What the hell happened to you?”
The man swayed, knees buckling. “Whoa, easy!” Grian caught him under the arms, he was heavy as a sack of iron, and slung the stranger’s arm over his shoulders. Half-dragging, half-carrying, he hauled him toward the workshop. The man didn’t resist, just leaned in, breathing raggedly.

Summary
Grian shifted again—another small movement, a thoughtless roll of his hips as he resettled. The bed creaked faintly beneath them, the sound sharp in the hush. Grian froze for half a second, then relaxed, deciding it was probably fine. If anything, it helped the illusion.
Scar, on the other hand, went very still.
His jaw tightened, eyes closing briefly as he took a slow breath, hands remaining firmly—but respectfully—at Grian’s sides. When he spoke again, his voice was even, almost too controlled. “Hey,” he said gently, breathlessly, “maybe— maybe don’t move like that.”
Grian blinked. “Oh—sorry.” He flushed, immediately trying to still himself, hands pressing into Scar’s shoulders for balance. “Did I—?”
Before Scar could answer—
BANG BANG BANG.

When a plan hatches for Grian to pretend to be Scar’s partner at his mother’s ‘Christmas Extravaganza’, Grian realises that fake love feels an awful lot like the real thing—especially when everyone else believes it already is.

Summary
This is a compilation of all the pieces that take place within my Over-City/Under-City AU, which is also a Hot Guy/Cute Guy Superhero AU, though that's not the only thing that'll be going on! I plan to keep this series in chronological order, so I'll put all the pieces where they'd fall along the timeline, which may sometimes not line up with the publishing date. The exception to this is 'Pretty Boy' which, IF someone does want to read the whole series in order, I'd want them to have read that one first and then all the rest, so 'Pretty Boy' will always be the first fic in the line-up, but after that you could read chronologically or just bounce around as you please! I've written all of these to mostly stand-alone, so you shouldn't be too terribly confused no matter where you decide to start up!

Summary
There was only one thing Scar hated more than the royals who lead the nation of life and that was hunters. They were everywhere and the law did naught to stop it. His crew was made up of various misfits and "monsters", Ugh he hated the terminology of monster. He preferred creatures. People who were different were hunted and killed at worst. The black markets thrived off of it.
Siren tails and scales were very valuable and Scar and his crew had made it their mission to do what they can to stop the hunting parties one way or another or another. " Fire when ready Gem", he called.
"Yes captain!", Came the bellowing reply of the centaur.Or
Scar and his crew rescue the sirens on board a hunting ship and nurse them back to health. Found family mischief.
