A slow-burn love story between two boys who've ended up in the abyss by the same cause. Although, Cael ran away from his perfect home to strike a chance at glory and follow Bondrewd (the legendary celebrated white whistle) into the great pit. Mofu did it because it was perish in the disease ridden streets, or finally get a chance at life, even if it's in the very territory he fears fatally. On the ride down, the descending vessel crashes, leaving lots of orphans killed or injured. Upon finding out the atrocities Bondrewd truly wants to commit against them, they have to ascend and brave the curse, or meet that gut-wrenching demise at his hands.

Also, Gou and Satoshi discover the infamous Olympic branded condoms and Gou contemplates putting them to use—but only if Satoshi wins a gold medal.
“I forgot they put the mascot on everything.” He held it up so Gou could see the pink bear waving back at them. “Safety first, courtesy of the Games.”
Gou leaned in to get a good look at what it was that had distracted Satoshi this time and his face instantly flared a brilliant shade of red as his expression contorted into a look of horrified amusement. “It’s Kiteruguma, Satoshi. The Strong Arm Pokemon. It’s literally winking at us.”
