Summary
Though its use as an entry point for passing travelers has long since expired, Elderbug finds himself constantly gazing up towards Kings Pass, reminiscing on the times before the fall of Hallownest, when the streets were bustling with life. Of course, he liked the quiet, but the collapse of the stairs had truly solidified Hallownest’s status as a fallen kingdom.
Which is why, it was a surprise to see a figure walking towards the edge of Kings Pass, a strange looking bug, clad in a tattered blue-gray cloak.
(AKA: The Non-hollow Ghost fic nobody but myself asked for. Basically follows the progression of Ghost's journey through Hallownest whilst detailing the external perception of them and how it changes, as well as their internal struggle with emotions they don't know how to cope with.)

Summary
The Lor Starcutter was always a magnificent piece of technology crafted by the Ancients. A ship that could travel to different dimensions in minutes, recognize enemies and allies, and has even been rumored to have sentience. A voice of it's own.
It also has a scanning system, one that usually tells it where it's Captain has gone if they had disappeared. But it can also analyze health. It has a program that can tell if a Captain is suited for flying or if it's suddenly too dangerous for them, both physically and or mentally.
Magolor would call that program an inconvenience.
Especially since the Lor has locked him inside, over an incorrect analysis.

It wasn’t until they were halfway down the spiky failed elevator shaft leading to the basin that they stopped and thought things over. If it wasn’t the enemies that were setting them off, maybe it was the mysteries of the previously unexplored Ancient Basin. It didn’t feel right, though.
They were a few jumps from the bottom of the shaft when it clicked. A phantom shiver prickled up their spine and ended in a full-body shudder, and they were suddenly very aware of how quiet and still the room was.

Quirrel delays his final rest to be with his little friend one last time; however what was initially a quick scamper becomes a winding chase throughout all of Hallownest, ending at a foreboding doorway into a shrouded land.
Got the idea from space-nerd-sam on Tumblr mentioning they'd read a fic of this in the tags of some art of Quirrel holding an injured Ghost, and so of course I realised I would too-- Cue me writing at 1am, falling asleep and finishing it the next day.
