Dream's exhausted. There's an entire multiverse that despises them and keeps tossing them around like a plaything. Their brother hates them, yet they love him. They have only one friend, Ccino, which they can't even openly speak about because they know Nightmare's bound to kill her when he finds out, just like he did with Blue. They can't go a day without thinking they've failed the multiverse and doing some sort of unhealthy activity to cope with it.
