Frankly it's insulting that everyone forgets the dragons, because they've been around just as long as these order and chaos losers, and really it wasn't even until the mortals started crawling out of their mud pits that anyone even thought to consider how magnificent the dragons even were – in Ezreal's humble opinion.

Summary
It wasn’t unusual for Kayn and Ezreal to poke fun at each other. If anything, it would be strange if they didn’t. Which is why, after a spur of the moment kiss, the shift in their relationship is so much stranger.
With Kayn spending so much more of his time in Ezreal’s room, the two of them simply existing together, it becomes clear that their bickering had never been as black and white as Ezreal had always thought. There was something so much deeper that he was beginning to notice. And he didn’t quite mind it.
