Vi and her family go to the public pool after moving into a new neighbourhood. Vander teaches them to swim and Vi tries her luck on the highest diving board. She ends up belly-flopping sadly and gets saved by the lifeguard…a really really hot one.
Chapter 2 and onwards are much higher quality than chapter 1.

Viego’s pallid face tightens, his lips thinning in a line. His unusual green eyes study the ground rather than meet Vladimir’s gaze. He is uncomfortable, likely mulling over Vladimir’s final words and disliking their validity. He has burnt more bridges than he’s built over the course of his life and unlife. Focusing all of one’s attention on a glorified peasant girl is bound to do such a thing. His immortal subjects found him mad beyond reason, and the power hungry vultures have realized he’s too unstable to be of any benefit.
But they do not have the means that Vladimir has. Nor the scope of view. Mortals can only think in the short term, it’s a limit of their condition. Vladimir and Viego have eternity.
Or, Vladimir and Viego shake the world of Noxian politics, and scheme up ways to double-cross each other in the meantime.

Summary
Set initially around the early days of the great war between Noxus and Ionia. This is an ambitious ever evolving tale that I am writing to introduce a brand new male character into the League of legends world that will team up with a far more fleshed out imagining and continuation of Ahri the Nine Tailed Fox to become a dynamic duo in their own right. Together they must overcome personal trauma, adversity and peril from all directions including beings well known to the League of Legends lore and even some other original characters.
This story takes place in the same world as the Arcane show produced by Riot. As such, I am aiming to make this a story grounded in strong emotional depth and exploration, character growth, amazing action sequences, world building and the organic forging of relationships/bonds.
I have aspirations for this story to be something that Riot (creators of League of Legends and Arcane) would hopefully one day take interest in.
I really hope people enjoy what I have written so far. This is my first ever attempt at writing and I cannot wait to hear peoples feedback whilst I continue to update and upload future chapters!

If Vander didn’t know what Felicia liked about Silco before, he sure as hell didn’t know now that he’d actually spoken to him. He seemed like the snobby, asocial academic type, with his leather jacket and too-cool-for-you attitude. He seemed so at odds with Felicia, who was a social butterfly, fitting into any setting and easily making friends with just about anyone she met. And sure, maybe if Vander spent more than five seconds talking to the man he might find out, but Silco clearly wasn’t interested in getting to know Vander, either. Which was fine with him. He wasn't about to expend energy on someone who wasn't willing to return the effort.
