Ever since Geto left, Gojo hasn't been himself. At all. At first, he assured himself-through his tears and shaking fingers that he would come back. Suguru was joking!- they pull pranks on each other all the time. A day passed. Then a week. Gojo has been reduced to eyebags and chipped fingernails.
Suguru is going to come back. Meanwhile, He waits. He waits and reassures himself that Suguru wouldn’t leave him. That his best friend wouldn't abandon him.

Yuuji Itadori was fucked.
Absolutely, supremely, inexplicably fucked.
Genuinely, totally, super-duper fucked.
Super fucked.
Because standing in the very not-destroyed, dense streets of Shibuya, lined with the bright colors of department stores, hotels, tourist attractions, and advertisements plastered across every available space, Yuuji did not have Choso as support. He didn't have Fushiguro as support. He didn't even have Okkotsu as support.
Yuuji was inconceivably, utmostly, wholly, not-awesomely fucked because he was in the year 2005.
🔴 OR: Stuck over a decade in the past, Yuuji has resolved to do anything to ensure his future doesn't come to be.
It would really be a lot easier if Geto Suguru wasn't so overbearing, if Gojo Satoru wasn't such an asshole, if Ieiri Shoko stopped instigating things, and if Yuuji were just a tiny bit smarter.
But he was on his own, so damn it if he wasn't going to work with what he got.

There was something just slightly off in every interaction between Gojo-sensei and Fushiguro and once Yuji’d begun to notice it, he couldn’t unsee it. It wasn’t a bad kind of off – at least he didn’t think so – but it was just different from the way either of them acted around everyone else.

Or, Yuji's journey to discovering that Megumi is Gojo's baby boy, featuring: an insane amount of simping, the mundane indignities of being a parent, and a lot of Yuji snooping in places he really shouldn't be.

If I wanted someone to understand how dear the relationship between not only Gojo and Megumi, but of the entire cast is to me, I would simply show them this fic. Thank you and GOOD FUCKING NIGHT
