Summary
That was the way Flambae usually liked it. He likes mouthing off and being shown his place, he likes being given consequences for his actions, he likes fucking around and finding out.
It makes no sense that Robert put him down without so much as a fight. That Flambae went down for the man who he thought ruined submission for him.
But when Robert told him to listen, what else was Flambae supposed to do?
Or; Flambae would rather set it ablaze with his own two hands than be caught unawares by a stray spark. Robert's steady hands are perfect for striking a match.

If he had to tell the truth?
Chad exists in pieces. Most of them not good. But trying their best not to be worse.
They certainly wouldn’t be good enough for Mecha Man.
Which makes every news outlet in Torrance deciding he and Robert must be fucking all that more confusing.
Or,
Everyone in Torrance thinks Flambae and Mecha Man are dating. Robert has no issues with that.

Summary
In which we explore some of the off-screen time between game scenes. Team bonding, dispatching, character studies, and various donuts eaten while on the job. Focus is mostly platonic and team-dynamics because I really really want more screen time with the other members of Z-Team... but I am also an action and angst writer, so buckle up. Not ACTUALLY writing a non-romantic Robert so much as Robert who is too fucking exhausted to do anything about, like, dating in Season 1? Something like that. The one-sided crushes go fucking HARD tho.

The change in House is noticeable the second he steps out of Mayfield. For starters, he looks different. The haircut is new, of course, but that’s not all. He looks… Serene. Content. Like he’s fully present for the first time in 15 years. Wilson’s overcome with so much pride he nearly wants to cry.
He clears his throat instead. “You look good.” He offers.
And then, to his enormous surprise, House hugs him. A hug. Wilson doesn’t remember the last time they hugged. Maybe at his last wedding? Or was it the one before that? It takes Wilson a moment to get over the shock, but after a few seconds he stiffly hugs back.

Summary
Dim, yellow light, as if from a distant streetlamp, shines through the half-sunken window and onto a space near the door, where HARRY DRESDEN (DRESDEN) stands. He is an exceedingly tall man, dressed in worn jeans, a pair of beaten-up sneakers, and a T-shirt with text that is not fully visible to the audience. His left ear is pierced, and he wears an earring made of some sort of opalescent stone. In his left hand, which is heavily scarred, he is holding a silver key, which he periodically fidgets with, seemingly unconsciously. His expression speaks of recognition, confusion, and just a hint of annoyance.
Dresden’s gaze is directed at HARRY DRESDEN’S SUBCONSCIOUS (HDS), a figure who looks exactly like him but with a short beard. HDS is dressed in a black silk button-up and far more expensive black jeans. A snowflake pin decorates his collar, and he wears a pair of earrings similar to Dresden’s. He is lounging on one of the armchairs off to stage left, reading by the light of the only lit candle. Silvery thorn manacles, restraints with needle-like points on their interiors, are locked around his wrists. They must be painful, but he doesn’t acknowledge them.
HDS turns a page, and the candle sputters and goes out.
