[Starts during the last arc after Tanjiro becomes a demon.] SPOILERS for canon
Everyone was dead and it was by Tanjiro's hands. He can't look at his surrounding, the bodies of his friends and comrades lay on the ground, all broken and torn.
Oddly, he didn't have to. Tanjiro somehow finds himself back at his old home in the mountain. He didn't know what had happened but he for sure wasn't going to let the same incidents happen again.

On one calm Monday afternoon—a supposedly calm afternoon—a video from Blue Lock TV began tending worldwide.
The topic was Itoshi Sae—one of the New Generation World’s 11 and ranking No.3 on the world’s most desirable omega poll.
The video showed a downward shot of Itoshi Sae in what appeared to be a bathroom with broken pieces of the ceiling around him. He was lying on the white marble floor with a muscular alpha on top of him, blocking most of his smaller body. However, the audiences were able to see Sae’s legs where one was hooked over the alpha’s strong shoulder while the other was spread out on the floor with a tan hand pressing down on his milk-white thigh.
Two months after that, another video began to trend.
The topic was Michael Kaiser—one of the New Generation World’s 11 and ranking No.1 on the world’s most desirable omega poll.
He was caught at a festival with Isagi Yoichi. While the two were covered up, any soccer fans would immediately recognize their identities. But these two being alone at a festival wasn't the issue. The issue was the column of kiss marks on the German striker's neck.
Ego Jinpachi was not amused.

"Wow, Grandmaster," Lohen gives a slow applause, his face no longer holding the gaze of a predator, but now pure indifference, "nicely done, getting out of that hole."
"Yep," Varka rolls his shoulder, "there's never something I can't handle, you know." When he gets the ache out of his shoulder, he glances at Lohen from the corner of his eyes. "Especially not another Alpha."
Lohen blinks, once, twice, three times, before breaking out into a grin.
There's always been a sort of... tension between Varka and Lohen, given they were both alphas. Lohen was all bark WITH a lot of bite, and Varka entertained every whim. But when things go a step too far, Varka's forced to re-evaluate what should be happening between of them, and it doesn't help that Lohen's starting to act off, either.

Maybe approving them all wasn’t his best decision.
