Summary
Jason Todd, once the heroic Robin, tragically lost his life in an accident at Arkham Asylum. Only to be awoken in his own grave five years later, left to wander the streets in a catatonic state. Later brought back to his full faculties by League of Assassin, Jason spend some time train and lived under them, and later, the All-Caste.
Once he completed his training, Jason returned to a Gotham that was changed for the worse, with new faces joining Batman's crusade. Donning the suit and mantle as the enigmatic vigilante Arkham Knight, Jason set out to seek vengeance against the Joker and to bring true justice for the people of Gotham that Batman and the GCDP cannot. All while hiding himself from the people he once considered family.
But his meeting with a certain Batgirl named Cassandra may cause his plans to go into disarray as Jason and Cassandra find themselves in a predicament regarding their relationship.
Will Arkham Knight complete his goal and changes Gotham for the better? Or will the Bat-family put a stop to his schemes?

He reached the roof of the building he was scaling and scanned the city for an indication of where he was. Through the rain pummeling the around him, Bruce felt his heart drop. His hypothesis had yet to be tested but the circumstantial evidence he was given pointed a direction he could not ignore. Bruce had either traveled through time, or was on another Earth.
Jason definitely wasn’t hyperventilating. Staring down at the Bat he killed before, prepared to kill him again. He was struggling under Jason’s boot, unable to gather the strength to push himself up. He could tell the Bat was waiting. Maybe even judging. But Jason just stayed there, hunched over the man that was supposed to be long since dead, unable to pull the trigger.
or: Bruce is accidentaly sent to the Arkham Knight's dimension six months after Batman had been unmasked and killed on live TV

At least he gets to meet Jason here, who is gonna become the Arkham Knight. Prime has never played the games, so everything that's gonna happen is a surprise (other than the Arkham Knight thing, that's obvious even to him with no context), something he hasn't felt in a while after being subjected to travelling across the DC multiverse.

Jason can hear the grin in Dick’s voice, but he can’t see him. The blindfold is cushioned with two round pieces of soft padding, and in his mouth, he wears a tube gag, the hole stuffed with a removable rubber plug that allows different objects into his mouth.
Soon, his hearing will be blocked off, too. But Dick won’t do that just yet. His alpha wants Jason to hear everything he has to say before he makes the sensory deprivation long-term.
“You won’t need to think,” Dick continues in a sing-song voice. “All you need to do is stay under the floor tiles and meditate on your privilege. How lucky an omega you are…”
