He knows that everyone might think he is, but he knows that he’s not. In all honesty, it’s not the worst thing ever; Jimmy can deal with the teasing and insults. Let them underestimate him. One day, he’ll win and then they’ll all see.
What Jimmy means to say by all this is that despite what people might think about him, he’s smart. He’s observant. He knows how to read people. He sees things that a lot of people disregard.
He sees a lot of things about his bad boys that others don’t.
