Summary
Angel notices Lucifer and Husk have crazy unresolved sexual and romantic tension. Since his own crush on Husk is never going to be reciprocated, he decides to become their wingman!
When he finally convinces Lucifer to give it a shot, he thinks it will be the end of it, but is quickly disappointed when the two start to hook up instead of dating. Since Husk is so determined to not ask for what he truly wants, Angel is pushed to his last resort: get him jealous by suggesting going after Lucifer himself.
It doesn't work at all. Frustrated, jealous, confused, Angel ends up making good on his threat. Husk and him end up exchanging Lucifer between them, openly discussing their sex lives with each other, instead of addressing whatever is obviously building between them. There's no way that will end badly, will it?

Angel awoke to Husk rolling out of bed with a groan, louder than usual.
"Fuck," the Overlord muttered, standing up to stretch. His joints cracked and popped.
Angel rolled over to watch Husk leave and scrubbed his own eyes. He got out of bed, pulled on a clean pair of underwear and one of Husk's sweatshirts, and followed the Overlord to the kitchen. He watched as Husk started the coffee machine, then rubbed his temples with a sigh as he leaned back against the counter beside the machine.
"You okay?" Angel asked, causing Husk's gaze to snap up to his.
"Fine." Husk held out a hand to summon Angel to him, and Angel obliged easily. "How'd you sleep, Precious?"
"Pretty well, I guess. How are you feelin'?"
"Fine, Ange."
"You sure?" Angel stroked Husk's cheek with one thumb. "Y'sound... crunchier than usual."

–“Do ya’ think I’m pretty?” Angel locked his eyes on Husk’s, searching those feline amber depths as if they held every truth. They were so close he could see every downturned lash, every grey hair in inky fur. There was an agonising moment of silence where Husk’s brows furrowed and he set his mouth in a hard line, then with a swig of whiskey straight from the bottle, he sighed.
“No,” he said simply, and Angel’s heart dropped to his stomach. He hung his head, lower hands twiddling in his lap as his eyes burned. He wouldn’t cry. He couldn’t. Of course Husk wouldn’t think he was pretty – he wasn’t anything like the men who called him that. The sting of rejection rendered him breathless like a well-placed punch to the gut.
