“I’m going to get you some help. Just… fuck, just don’t die on me. Not yet. Not until we’re so much older. Please. Not here. Not in here. Not after all this.”

This is just what the apartment is now. What they are now.Derek says a thing, near the end of the day, that he's been carrying around for a while and finally decides to put down.
Avery cries a normal amount about it.(the last one. a whole year, accounted for, in one ordinary Tuesday. everything they built, still standing. especially the part where it's still funny.)
