This doesn’t happen often, I swear. The vast majority of the time I’m with Amy, I’m more than capable of acting like a normal hedgehog.
But then sometimes—I swear to you—the sun and the earth conspire with each other specifically to embarrass me. The sun sets its golden rays onto the stage, and the way Amy’s irises flicker and dance against the planet’s rotation steals my breath like a vacuum.
