“Heading out?”
He paused in the hall outside his new office, noticing Donna had just stepped out of hers and was staring at him with an arched brow.
He couldn’t fault the disbelief in her features. It was rather early to leave by his standards, but he didn’t really feel like getting into all of it with her.
“Just about,” he confirmed, and noticed she was holding something in her hand, “You?”
Donna shook her head, “I was going to stay a while, get things in order…and I found this.”
She lifted the object to show him and for a moment it felt as if his breath froze in his lungs. Her expression was bright when she smiled and twirled the thing with her fingers.
“I know it’s a pretrial ritual…but this week was hell and this time we both have a promotion to celebrate. Care to make an exception?”

"Since when do you go to Central Park on your lunch?"
Since never. "Since I got sick of looking at the same gray walls for sixteen hours straight." This seems to catch her. She pauses, and he takes the opportunity to sell it a little more. "Y'know, it's a nice day outside, I figured a little fresh air wouldn't kill me."
"Are you sure about that? Because I'm pretty sure we spend enough time in here that our immune systems would be shot by anything outside of this office."
"Well, then it's time to find out then, don't you think?"
The way her eyes waiver back to the documents on the table and then back to him tells him that he's got her.
"Come on. Just an hour."
Luckily, it's extremely hard for her to say no to him. So he watches as she gathers her papers without a word and walks right by him–
"If I die out there, it's on you."

Harvey is the only person who catches onto the fact that Donna is overworking herself since her promotion, and he vows to subtly try to make sure she's doing okay. Along the way, however, his feelings for Donna become a little less subtle.
