SCP-049, also referred to as the plague doctor. A creature whose only reason to live is to find a cure against something it calls 'the pestilence'. Dr. Davidson is the new doctor that has to take care of this entity, that has to make experiments, test it and try the humanity to understand it a bit better.
However, he never would have guessed where that would lead him in the end.
