UA is closing the dorms for a last minute refurbishment over Winter Break - including the teacher's apartments, where Izuku lives.
Katsuki just so happens to have an empty guest room and a cute cat ready to welcome Izuku.
This is a fic about falling in love, but its also about friendship, and learning to appreciate those who love us. If in the process these adorable idiots manage to get together, all the better.
Every one of these characters is precious to me and I've done my very best to treat them all with love and care. Fully written - posting twice weekly.

It was a sudden decision on UA’s part, but Izuku understood. The first set of dorms had been built in a bit of a rush and, while UA may have spared no expense, they had mainly designed them to meet the needs of… well, of Izuku and his classmates, frankly. But that had been over a decade ago now, and life went on. It was only fair that they should have updated dorms suited to their needs.

“Shit, I forgot my sunnies,” Oliver realizes the moment they get comfortable on their towels. He moves to stand up, but Felix’s hand appears in his periphery.
“You always do,” he says fondly as he holds out a pair of shades. “I brought a spare for you.”
Oliver takes them with a smile, relaxing back onto the towel and putting them on.
“Ah, good boy,” he jokes lightly, patting Felix’s arm in thanks as if he were a dog bringing him the morning paper. He senses him tense up, and he turns his head questioningly, but Felix just rolls over onto his stomach, burying his face into his folded arms.
Weird.
