Ihre Diskussionen sind hitzig, ihre Gespräche angespannt, aber trotzdem kommt Friedrich nicht umhin, weiterhin mit Goethe zutun zu haben. Während ihrer gemeinsamen Arbeit stellen sie beide fest, dass ihre Interessen doch nicht so weit auseinanderliegen, wie sie ursprünglich dachten.
