It’s a wet winter morning in the Sierra Nevada as Andy and Quỳnh pick their way down the trail. Andy is in the lead, on a bay mare, and Quỳnh follows on a red roan gelding. They’ve been riding for a few days now, long enough to feel like they’ve traveled back in time. Never mind that when they last rode together, neither of them had any idea these mountains even existed; never mind that there are still occasional reminders of cars and planes and electricity. They are Andromache and Quỳnh alone together on horseback, as they were for centuries upon centuries, and when they go to bed in their polyester tent under the open skies they make love as though the world was still new.
Today they’ll reach the first of the groves that are Andy’s destination. Already the composition of the forest is changing. The first sequoia they see, Quỳnh rides around the trunk and looks up in wonder. “That one’s just a baby,” Andy tells her. “Let’s keep going.”
So they do.

Eva mumbles something in her sleep and half-rolls onto one side, and that’s a wonder, too, the fact that she lets him this close, lets him see her like this, completely relaxed, wholly and completely herself. She’s good at stepping into different personas when she needs to, the same way he does with his masks, but she trusts him enough to let her guard down around him. He treasures it, this much trust.

There are some great quick-and-dirty guides to HTML on A03. This is not one of them - it is a comprehensive guide
It's now 2025, a decade later. A03 supports some new HTML and and we're all walking around reading fic on supercomputers that fit in a jean pocket. It was time to update.
The previous three chapters have been divided into smaller concepts. Each tag continues to have - at a minimum - a link to the w3schools page about it (so you can learn more), a code example, and the result of the code example. Most tags have their attributes, things like [src] or [title], listed and examples of how using the attributes modify the tags.
There's a chapter on Bad Ideas, including how some of the archive's default CSS is available to you to format your work (users can't turn that off by hiding a workskin!)
Oh. And I added a bunny army. You could learn how to add one too.

Felix Sphinx didn’t ask to be thrown into this island in the middle of nowhere and doesn’t really have a purpose there except go with the motions of what was asked from him. Some chaos might be able to set him in a motion he prefers.
