Summary
Heejin is just a regular college student - aside from the fact that she patrols the streets at night as the crime-fighting vigilante known only as Orbit. And she also has a crush on the cute girl in her journalism class.
The girl, Kim Hyunjin, also happens to run a popular blog dedicated towards hating Orbit.
Heejin decides to keep her distance, but when a mysterious man attacks her, leaving her injured and bleeding, she is forced to flee to the only place she can: Hyunjin's apartment.
Soon enough, however, Heejin comes to realize that this attack was only the beginning.

Summary
It’s been five years since they broke up. Since she broke up with Jungeun, as Jinsoul likes to remind herself on her more self-flagellating of days. Jungeun probably doesn’t even think about her anymore, because that’s what you do when someone breaks your heart; you forget about them and you move on with your life.
It’s been five years since Jungeun, and there have been other people since. She’s been on dates and had girlfriends and tried out the whole casual thing with Sana for a while until she met Momo and put a stop to that. Jinsoul doesn’t delude herself into thinking that Jungeun won’t have done the same. Jungeun will have moved on, will have rebuilt her life after Jinsoul tore it down. Jinsoul is hardly irreplaceable. She’s nothing special.
It’s been five years, which is long enough that it shouldn’t still hurt like this, and Jinsoul shouldn’t still feel so empty inside whenever she thinks about it. But it does, and she does.
(or; when Jinsoul is twenty-one, she falls in love with Jungeun. When she's twenty-eight, she does it again.)

Folk was hanging around again, Khun Nueng knew it was him because he kept ducking behind passing customers and nearly knocking into things. It was pathetic in the way most teengers act when they have a crush. It would have been fine, if he had dared to go and speak to Anueng but he hadn’t and by the way he kept hiding it seemed he had to intention of doing so.
He also couldn’t seem to keep his eyes off Anueng and that only added to her irritation.

Later, when her head is no longer clouded over from the saccharine sweet spell that Jinsol puts her in every summer and her skin is no longer burning with the aftermath of an electric shock where Jinsol is touching her, Jungeun can look back on this night, this moment, can turn it over and inspect it from every angle and acknowledge that this is probably the point where she crosses the line from her crush being a whimsical and flimsy thing that she can ignore easily enough, into her crush being an all-consuming wildfire burning in Jungeun’s chest, regardless of the distance between her and Jinsol.
But now, all she can focus on is the delicate features of Jinsol’s face; the curve of her jaw, the slope of her nose, the bottomless brown of her eyes.
The answer is so big, so obvious, it feels like it’s tattooed across her forehead, and it comes out before Jungeun even realises what she’s saying.
“Here,” Jungeun murmurs. “I’d stay right here.”

No, Jungeun doesn’t know. She doesn’t know anything anymore because there's no way that Jinsoul — Jung Jinsoul, her best friend for over a decade, of which approximately half of that time Jungeun has been in love with her for, and who has never been anything but painfully, torturously heterosexual — is suggesting what Jungeun thinks she’s suggesting.

Summary
Boundaries have always been a big part of Jungeun and Jinsol’s friendship.
Everyone (including Jungeun and Jinsol themselves) could sense there was some sort of tension between them right from the get-go. But throughout the five years that they’ve known each other, Jinsol has never been in a serious relationship, and Jungeun has rarely ever been single. It’s how things have always been. Both Jungeun and Jinsol had to recognize, early on, that they both feel something for each other, but it will never be more than just that: a feeling.
Then Jinsol opens the door to the balcony and she sees a flash of them pressed up against the glass, kissing like they only have each other to depend on for oxygen.

Her friends were the ones to fill in those blanks after she mentioned Jinsol from Tinder that night, and if she’s being completely honest, she’s kind of thankful for it.
