Summary
Jack Drake's funeral coincides on the day Jason decided to attack Tim in the Titan's tower, this action unfortunately led to Tim thinking that Jason is hallucination — and thus treating him as such.
Jason thinks Tim has lost his marbles, Tim on the other hand is sure he had lost them alright, he is also sure that he can logic himself out of hallucinating by talking to it — Tim has read many books and has seen many movies in which hallucinations want some emotional clarity or understanding or whatever from you and then they leave you alone so he decides the best course of action is not to call Batman for help or go to sleep or call a psychiatrist but rather to spend next 22 minutes unraveling in front of Hallucijason in hopes of hallucinations fucking off after some sort of soul searching is done.
Hallucinations love soul searching...right???

Or: Tim Drake is depressed, Jason Todd is angry, and somewhere between breaking bones and throwing punches, the Red Hood accidentally starts noticing things he was never supposed to notice.

Out of all the people to send after Mr. Freeze, even Tim had to agree he wasn't the right choice. The case was interesting, sure, his skills were perfect for it, sure, but also. No spleen, no shirt, no service ya know? Not that Tim didn't want to freeze his ass off in an underground lab searching desperately for a fucking USB drive of all things-
Okay maybe this case sucked. Maybe his skills didn't suit this mission. But this is what he was doing, this is what Bruce asked him to look into. So there he was, up to the tits in frostbite, digging through what looked like an abandoned arctic base’s worth of junk. Seriously, it was like Mr. Freeze started hoarding in the last few years. It wasn't like his suit didn't have thermal protections, he wasn't stupid. But fuck this place was cold. Cold in the way that left your limbs all tingly and tight, that made your teeth clench together too tight and give you a headache.

The question isn’t one he hadn’t been prepared for but still hearing it out loud makes him pause. In an instant, a very clear figure comes to mind. An alpha who oozes, sex and possessiveness in his every movement. The true King of Gotham if Tim had his say. Though he hasn’t seen under the helmet he knows for sure that if he did he wouldn’t be disappointed.
The name leaves his lips despite his self-preservation instincts. It’s so quiet that a hush falls over the conference. The vicious report smirks as if she’s won something. It pisses Tim off enough that his facade wants to drop. If only to scowl at her.
“ Could you repeat that Ms Drake? “
Tim takes a breath. It’s his chance to change his answer. To say something vanilla and sweet that the people want to hear. The idea of that, however, of lying twists him up on the inside more than he wants to admit. He musters a candied smile. All to soften the words.
“ The Red Hood. “
The silence is suffocating as several people’s mouths hang open and agape. Some omegas nod in understanding while Alpha’s pale at the announcement. Before he can lose the nerves he tacks on a cheeky “He can get it. “
