“Why did you leave?” It was a broken mutter filled with anger and hurt and something else.
She didn’t know.

Ava, most likely the little mastermind, stepped up, smiling. “We said we were gonna spend the holidays with our family, didn’t we?” She said, and it left Beatrice confused,
“Yes.” She replied,
Ava grinned a broad grin, “and here we are. Our little family, Bea.” She said.
Or: Beatrice hates the holidays and never celebrates, something caused by her family, until one day, her real family shows her everything she's missing. It's all gay stuff.

Summary
Mizu lets out an annoyed sigh and turns around, “how much for one night?” She asks. One of the women hold up five fingers.
Mizu turns back around to look at Ringo and considers her options. She could just flee and shake him off her trail like she’d been doing and finish her business, or, she could hide away in the brothel. Maybe he’d get the message and leave her alone for a while, then she could slip away and be done with him.
She decides quickly and barrels into the brothel, hands on the backs of the women, urging them in with her. “I’ll take one night with either of you two,” she says, then huffs, “both, maybe.” The two women share glances of surprise but then smirk at one another.
“Alright then.” The woman on Mizu’s right says, and then she's tugging her along toward a room down the hall. “We’ll make sure you don’t regret it, lost boy.”
God, she hopes so.
