Summary
The Eternal Sidekick and child genius, fighting wars and collecting Chaos Emeralds before he ever heard of Sonic or Eggman, Miles "Tails" Prower is haunted by the sins of his past, and desperate not to repeat them. Even navigating his day to day life is difficult, hiding behind a smile and terrified that his friends will discover what he has done before.
But while Miles would love nothing better than to hide in the shadows, peaceful, passive, and safe for others to be around, life just won't leave him alone. Time and time again the little fox is forced to step back into a role that he never wanted to take on in the first place to save the world when nobody else can - that of a killer willing to do anything it takes to get the job done.

As Eddie shifted, stretching his hind legs out, the heavy blanket slipped slightly. Buck’s eyes opened, absentminded curiosity making him track the movement. His heart stuttered.
There, nestled amid the dark fur, was the wolf’s sheath, nestled in the dark fur of his lower belly, a subtle shape that Buck had seen a hundred times and never truly registered.
A sudden, sharp spike of heat flared in Buck’s stomach.
The wolf’s cock was big. Even partially unsheathed and at rest, the length of it was staggering. Buck’s mind tried to do the math—tried to imagine what it would look like fully aroused, fully extended—and his thoughts went white and static, like a radio tuned to nothing.
