Martin feels so nervous that he’s almost dizzy with it. He desperately wants to turn tail and run, to call this whole thing off. Except for how he knows he’d be mad at himself for weeks afterwards for doing it, maybe even months. He’s spent so long working himself up to this; is he seriously not even going to try?
Even though it’ll probably go terribly? a pessimistic voice in the back of his head chimes in.
“This is going to go great,” Martin mutters underneath his breath. “Just grand. Nothing’ll go wrong, you’ll see.”
He feels a flash of self consciousness, but none of the other passengers give him so much as a glance for muttering to himself, all of them either hiding away in headphones and earbuds or just dead eyed glazed over expressions as they stare blankly into the middle distance. None of them even suspect that he’s on his way to a kink club.

Tonight, Martin is looking at porn. Jon knows that Martin is looking at porn. He doesn't know how he knows, but he does. He's fairly certain he isn't Beholding the knowledge. Martin's face is perfectly neutral, and his posture is relaxed. Even so, Jon just...senses it, somehow, the way an animal senses an approaching storm through minute variations in scent and barometric pressure.
