Summary
“Oh… you really are a bad stereotype,” A soft chuckle is carried on the wind, enters and fills his apartment with a surprising amount of warmth. “What was the plan, exactly? We’re a few stories off the ground… Do you have a lot of flying enemies? Is my arrival just a typical Tuesday night for you?” Spider-Man’s face pops into view and Buck feels his own countenance fall into something softer.
“First of all, it is absolutely Thursday evening bug boy,” Buck starts and the hero groans, goading a small laugh out of the firefighter. “Second of all…. There was no real plan. I kind of thought you were just going to be some weird kid’s broken drone and I could scare them a little bit.” Buck shrugs halfheartedly, a small grin stretching across his face at an alarming speed.
“You take joy out of scaring kids?” Spider-Man replies, a tinge of something serious in his voice.
“Nah, but I do take joy in giving them the gift of being able to scare their own little friends,” He answers haughtily. “Speaking of, why were you here to scare me… friend?”
“So you’re an EMT if I’m not mistaken?”

Summary
“Is it weird that I’ve always wanted someone to kiss me like that?” Eddie says, mouth completely skipping that whole ask-brain-for-permission-first thing.
“No weirder than me always wanting to kiss someone like that,” Buck replies.
Every bit of oxygen is sucked out of the room. The movie is still playing, but Eddie can’t hear it over the ringing in his ears. His eyes snap to Buck, who is rhythmically puffing his cheeks out and picking at the label on his bottle of soda.
Five time Buck and Eddie kiss platonically, and one time they don't.

Summary
“You want to sub for me?” Buck asks, surprised but not altogether unwilling.
Eddie sets his jaw and averts his gaze. This is a horrible idea. It’s letting down one defense too many, even in front of Buck. He’s been mulling this over for days, finally working up the courage one night when they have the house to themselves.
“Not if—I mean, if you don’t want—Never mind, I shouldn’t have asked.”
“Eddie.” Buck says his name with such comfort, such love, that Eddie can’t help but look up. “I would love to do that with you.”
or, Eddie subs for the first time and learns that being soft dommed by Buck can heal him

Summary
Dinner's ready, just pop it in the oven. Dessert's in the bedroom ;)
A silly scribble of a winking emoji shouldn't make his pulse quicken like this– they've been together long enough that he knows exactly what Buck's capable of planning– but heat pools low in his belly anyway. He lifts the foil to find his favorite pasta, still warm in the oven Buck left on low. His stomach growls, but the promise of what's waiting down the hall makes food suddenly seem less urgent.
Ever since Eddie was a child, his mother always scolded him for eating dessert before dinner. It was a bad habit.
