Summary
When Jason and Roy decided to announce their relationship to their respective families, they've set a list of most likely scenarios to happen:
1) Everyone loses their mind over the news, but accepts them.
2) They were actually pretty obvious and it was old news to their families.
3) Some people (Oliver) won't approve of their relationship, will try to convince everyone else about their point of view and at some point will start some stupid campaign to separate them, so they would have to run away and live on a private island.
Fortunately, the first case scenario became reality and most heroes they know have congratulated them whether the encounter was in some down street bar or in the middle of an alien invasion.
Unfortunately, they underestimated how quick news like this can spread, to the point of dangerous people knowing, and now Roy is paying the consequences by being tied to a chair.
OR: Roy gets shoved talked by the most unlikely person he imagined.

Written for Jason x Happiness Week, Day 2: Self-Discovery
Jason tugged the towel off his head, draping it around his shoulders and trying not to feel silly. It would have probably been easier if the redhead wasn't a solid 6 feet with biceps like freckled marble. Biceps that were fully on display in a raggedy t-shirt with the sleeves and half the torso cut out. Jason knew he wasn't ugly, but damn he felt like an awkward brute by comparison. "Roy. Right. Um, what can I do for you?"
The man held up a measuring cup, biting his lip. He must have been doing that a lot, because they looked slightly swollen. Full and pink. "Wondered if I could borrow a cup or two of sugar? I know it's late, and I would just go to the store, but my daughter's asleep and just told me about her school bake sale like an hour ago."
