Ships had souls, Tim knows that. Even after the Joker killed Jason and sank the Robin, he'll be damned if he didn't at least try to bring some part of her back. He doesn’t want to be her captain. He just needs to convince Dick to take her to sea again, by the Dark Knight's side where she belongs.
He stands by his opinion, even as her spirit comes back in the restored Robin III and engulfs him in a hug…
…shit.
Maybe he had been feeling a bit sentimental when he'd reused several pieces he'd scavenged off the sea floor himself. But no matter what the little sailboat thought(even if she were his childhood dream), he was never meant to set sail, not with her.
If only he could convince Robin to think the same.
