One more year. Just one more wretched year at that wretched castle surrounded by students and professors who not only believed but were utterly certain, that Theo should have been sent to Azkaban and left there to rot.
Eighth Year has had very few upsides at all so far. Theo is bullied mercilessly and Blaise and Draco got together over the summer which is just proper swell for them.
Really great.
For them, specifically.
But the cards seem to reveal something else is in store for Theo. Maybe there's still hope for this year.
Maybe things can be great for him too.

Looooved the trio dynamic in this fic, it was just all so cohesive and atmospheric, you could get immersed in the tension and chemistry between each of them so easily right from the start. I also am unbearably obsessed with the yearning and pining Theo in this fic. I know (and obvi respect) that it's a one-shot, but I'm desperate for more, would be so here for this ever becoming something more.

This fic is literally so immersive, it's like being plunged straight into the show and gives everything I yearned for that the stupid BBC directors were too afraid of. Oh my ever fucking GOD, the pining in this fic, the yearning, the atmosphere, the case, the writing, the pacing, the banter - I COULD GO ON STILL, all of it is exquisite, perfection, I stayed up so late reading this fic and loved every single minute that I willingly chose less sleep.
