    Megumi’s throat closes up. There’s a strange buzzing in his ears, a hiccup in the steady thump of his heart.

    “Um. Okay,” he says before he can think better of it, something in him desperate to please Toji, a hidden secret pocketful that he never wants to see the light of day, like the stash of adult magazines his classmates keep tucked away in shoe boxes in the furthest corners of their closets with an artful pile of clothing stacked on top.

    An attractive teenager distracts Toji from unemployment. He gets attached.

    Toji doesn’t go for young and inexperienced but this kid might have him making an exception.

    “Good boy,” Toji murmurs as the thumb slips out. Megumi flushes, darker than earlier. And oh—Toji’s half-hard. He nods to the bottle. “Your turn, now."

    The kid picks it up then pauses, hovering the bottle over his glass. He glances up at Toji with unsure eyes, searching for approval, and well, he had practically confessed to having daddy issues earlier. Toji plays along. “You’ve got it,” he encourages.
