Summary

I've included the underage tag as a cautionary measure - in my head cannon, this happens later when Bart is at college and Lisa is 18 and in senior year. I know others won't read it that way, but that's up to them. Also, I think I've taken liberties with the timeline re: Helen Lovejoy, but hopefully it should all be ok.
