Summary
Monika is back in the literature club after having been deleted, but the world she finds herself in is not the game nor reality, but some surreal mixture of the two. The past isn't something so easily forgotten however, and Monika will have to prove she's willing to face her own flaws as well as her clubmates' for a chance at a happy ending. Can Monika really change what she knows to be hard fact, or was she right all along that the literature club holds no happiness for anyone? After all, a poem is never actually finished, it just stops moving.

The woman’s eyes widened, and her hand reached out, not quite touching Rumi, but close. “Not that you’re not beautiful, because wow, you-” She stopped, a look of realisation crossed her face “-I mean, no, wait, no, you are beautiful, but I wasn’t hitting on you, I have a girlfriend-”
Rumi ignored her chest squeezing.
“-A stunning girlfriend, Mira. I mentioned her, right? My girlfriend Mira-” The woman stopped abruptly and lowered her head down into her arms. “Jeez, Zoey, stop rambling at the deaf woman.” It was muffled, but Rumi heard it.
Silenced by grief, Rumi’s world is transformed when she crosses paths with Mira and Zoey, who guide her toward a voice she thought was lost forever.

Mira with Zoey holding her arm in a death grip: Hey, my girlfriend saw you from across the record shop, and we really dig your vibe. Can we buy you a vinyl?

She wants Mira and Zoey so badly, in whatever way, shape, or form that comes in.
For once in her life, Rumi wants to be selfish.
Or: HUNTR/X works towards sealing the Honmoon and falls in love along the way. Pre-reveal Rumi, hiding both her patterns and her wants, loves her girls in whatever way she can until she's free (whether that means shielding Mira and Zoey in fights or pretending to be something she's not). She just has to hold out until the Honmoon’s golden. Straightforward enough, right?

Summary
Monika/Sayori/Yuri/Natsuki slow burn. Starting with DDLC side story events and then slowly shifting towards the main game. The archive warnings will apply only later on as the story will progress further.
P.S. If you have seen this work somewhere with a familiar title (high likely Wattpad), then I must warn that while I am the creator of that original and this fic, the content is changed. My original fic, while it was funny and sweet (back then, how much I've written) , it was been long discontinued. However, I've gotten back into DDLC and decided to rewritten it with a completely different approach. I'll try to keep the old humor attempts, though, the change is that this story is now a slow burn. So the romance is later on.
