Summary
Waking up after a bullet to the head is something I could get behind because that would mean I wasn’t actually dead. Waking up in a world of cultivation, demons, etc is a bit upsetting since it means I did die in my original world but it isn’t that different from Flames and Mafia Famiglias in my world so it isn’t that big of a change if you ignore the technological differences. Waking up in a body that’s biologically male when I know I’m biologically female is less than ideal but a sex change isn’t that hard to do. However, waking up in the body that still had its soul in it and being forced to watch all his memories play out in front of me like a Mist Movie wasn’t something I signed up for!
Not Shen Yuan. Just an OFC who came from the Katekyo Hitman Reborn universe. Don't need to know KHR to read and understand.

After two months of trying to track them down on his own, he then, against his better judgment, asked for help from Zatanna. After another month of no progress and Zatanna being needed elsewhere, he finally threw in the metaphorical towel and asked for help from the Big Bat himself.
Now, he’s in a plane, flying to who knows where, with the Big Bat and the rest of his colony. Deep inside, Constantine knew this was going to be trouble.

Danny was living a good life. His parents still love him, even if it took a while for him and Jazz to convince them there was nothing to fix, his grades were slowly being brought back up, and he came to peace with the fact that he was going to be the Ghost King.Since he was still young , he was only the heir and, therefore, had fewer duties to do.
As the heir, Danny's favourite duty is helping lost souls move on to the afterlife.
The big guy, a revenant with guns and thighs who arrived during the send-off, looking at Danny like he hung the moon and stars, is a nice bonus.

Summary
Marinette has passed most of the stage of grief of losing someone. Or, in her case, losing a crush and drifting away from friends. Acceptance is hard on some days and easier on others. However, Marinette knows that, no matter what, she will be okay. Not because she is Ladybug, but because she is Marinette and she knows that it will all be okay in the end.
(A/N: This fic came to mind after I heard the song “I’m Over You” in Season 2 Episode 9 of Helluva Boss “Apology Tour.” The song is sung by Verosika Mayday, whose voice actor is Cristina Valenzuela, better known by her stage name Cristina Vee, who also is the English voice actor for Marinette. So I thought, why not? And this is the result. I hope you enjoy it!)

Jason Peter Todd-Wayne secretly wishes he stayed dead. He wishes he stayed with the love of his afterlife. Some days, Jason wants to die again. He doesn't though. The last thing Phantom had said to him was, "Enjoy the life you get the chance to live." Jason wouldn't want to disappoint Phantom.
Jason hates living, but maybe the man he met while on patrol makes him hate it a little less. The man doesn't know who Jason is past the helm of Red Hood, and Jason doesn't know who the man is besides his last name, Nightingale. This is fine. Jason doesn't need to know who the man is, and the man is safer not knowing who Jason is. At least they can bond over being half dead.

Bruce is still missing. Tim feels as though he’s been tortured and violated to the point he should be classified as dead. Apparently, the afterlife is run by a half-dead teenager who keeps throwing eldritch creatures at problems (this alone makes Tim want to die). But that’s not the worst part…
Lucius just transferred ownership of Wayne Enterprises to him.
Tim almost laughs. What a waste.

Damian wasn’t looking forward to dorming at Gotham University. He already lived in Gotham, why did he need to live in the campus dorms? But at the frustrating persistence of his eldest brother and his father, he resigned himself to an exhausting year of being dormmates with an uninteresting and lowly civilian. Except Danny is anything but uninteresting. He is lowly, though. What other word could he use to describe the deplorable garbage quality of meat that his vampire roommate considers adequate sustenance? At this point, Damian is tempted to offer himself to Danny so that he doesn’t have to see Danny eat another steak that is more processed and bacteria-ridden than their school.

“Would you like a hug?” Tim asked again, heat crawling from his cheeks all the way to the tips of his ears the longer Hood silently stared at him, a wall of unreadable stone.
It finally occurred to him exactly what he had asked and to whom he had asked it. His entire face felt molten as the mortification kicked in, leaving him unable to do anything but stare back.
Then, Tim saw it. A small movement, hardly more than a spasm. Hood’s hand holding the gun faltered while the other twitched forward, towards Tim. Granted, he was hissing out a string of curses that would have made Alfred sad all the while. But still. Tim knew how to read between the lines.
Tim also knew how to take advantage of opportunities presented to him on silver platters.
