Summary
Luffy normally wasn’t one to avoid his problems. Normally he would face them head on and hit them until they stopped being problems. This time however he’d been getting assaulted by his past trauma every night.
If he was being honest with himself, the nightmares had been plaguing him for a lot longer than that.

Summary
Zoro, being the most patient of the non-Devil Fruit users, typically wrangles Luffy for baths, or showers if they're in a rush.
As the others talk and laugh, Zoro and Luffy sit off to the side. Zoro carefully scoops handfuls of the warm water over Luffy's hair to rinse the suds out.
"Mmmm, Zoro's okay with helping me?" Luffy suddenly mumbles, head lolling.
Zoro pauses, and gently readjusts his position so that his captain can rest his head against his shoulder. "Yes," he says. "You're my captain. I'll always help you."
They sit in silence for a moment.
"Why?" Zoro asks.
A weak shrug nearly sends Luffy sliding off the bench before Zoro scoops an arm around his waist to pull him back. "I dunno," hums Luffy, but there's tension in his shoulders as he rubs at his chest.

Summary
Ace takes the final walk of many pirates before him, from the cold stone of Impel Down to the sun hot stone of Marineford. The slow march from the cool half under ground stone to the bright sunlight.
He is dragged, though it isn't like he is doing much resisting, to a raised execution platform in the middle of the area. Two executioners on either side, three admirals behind him and his grandfather standing to his side, refusing to meet his eye. This is how Portgas D Ace dies.
People are coming, but none make it in time. Two stab wounds pierce his lungs and in a matter of minutes he drowns in his own blood, like his father before him.
