Summary
This book follows the day-to-day life and story of a 16 year old kid, called Max, who tries to enjoy his youth with the gang while he can, before turning 18. (He also tries his absolute best to accept himself the way he is, while also fearing what others think of him.) Sadly, many unfortunate events take place in his teenage years, which shape his older self (older as in 17)
While not all, but many things that happen are heavily based off of my own experiences growing up trans in a strict and religious hosuehold. The characters are fictional, but some are written based off myself, and/or people I fortunately and unfortunately had or still have in my life. While I try not to make this book a vent, there will obviously be heavy topics in it, such as processing the death of someone who meant the world to you, and overcoming traumas.
All this aside, I really hope you're gonna enjoy this shitty work of mine! ^^
