Foolish sabía que debía irse, que quedarse más tiempo solo complicaría las cosas, pero sus pies no se movían. Algo en él –algo profundo, insistente– le decía que si no hacía algo ahora, se arrepentiría. Only two words, yet Bruce stilled, bound by ice-cold terror.
Batman places his big hand on the boys scrawny shoulder and persistently guides him forward, to Bruce. Before Wayne can process this statement and make up a response, Batman dissolves into shadows.
They're gonna have a talk about dropping off random kids by his door.
The child and he observe each other for one long moment. Bruce sees tired, but feisty blue eyes, haggard face..
