'“Director?” Coulson called over the radio. “Directer Fury, do you copy?”
Instead of saying something like, ‘yes, agent, me and my assistant are fine, thank you,’ Fury responded with, “The tesseract is with a hostile force. I have men down. Hill?”
“A lot of men still under,” Agent Hill responded, sounding harried. “I don’t know how many survivors.”
“Sound a general call,” Fury ordered. “I want every living soul not working rescue looking for that briefcase.”
“Rodger that,” Hill responded.
“Coulson, get back to base. This is a Level Seven.” Fury glanced over at Merlin as he continued, “As of right now, we are at war.”
Merlin pursed his lips at that, looking back the way Loki had disappeared.
“What do we do?” Coulson asked quietly.
Fury lowered his radio slowly, staring out at nothing. “Will you help?” He asked Merlin, not bothering to face him.
Merlin bit his lip, thinking. Then he sighed, and squared his shoulders. “The prat would never forgive me if he found out I’d run off somewhere instead. ’Specially now he knows I can actually handle myself.”'

He’d spent quite a bit of time staring at the lake and being a depressed lump, but somewhere along the line he managed to convince himself that Arthur would be disappointed in him if he found out Merlin had hovered about and didn’t do anything useful or interesting the entire time he was dead. He’d been wandering around, assuming different identities now and then as needed, and helping out when he could. Unfortunately, he was fairly certain somebody had noticed. So here he was, in America, in his old man disguise, awaiting the inevitable."

And also, some weeks earlier, the Turtles put a pause on their search for Karai when a blue box with some weird occupants appears out of thin air and whisks them away on an adventure.

"Raph stumbled and swore as the room- ship- whatever- shook around them and made a sound like a broken (possibly haunted) washing machine. He gritted his teeth as he tried not to fall flat on his face and noted somewhere in the back of his mind that his brothers and Amy and Rory weren’t fairing any better. You’d think the other two would be used to this by now, if they did this a lot. The Doctor was unfazed by all the commotion, running around the control thingie, limbs going in all directions like a drunk octopus as he piloted the thing. Assuming he wasn’t bullshitting them and they weren’t about to die horrible deaths. With their luck that was still a very real possibility."

He would need to work on a less delicate task if he wanted to continue. The sound of their lab door opening and the yelling on the other side increasing in volume made his head turn.

When Leo and Donnie are six years old, Splinter gets them a bunk bed. However, bunk beds are a major source of conflict for young children, and he really should have set up some rules for the top bunk before letting them have it.

Summary
There is a phenomenon called lachryphagy, where butterflies drink turtle tears as a source of sodium.
Mikey’s mystic is tied to his emotions. The stronger the emotion, the stronger his mystic. However, sometimes in times of great stress his mystic gets too strong for his body to handle. After the Invasion, Mikey’s Ninpō creates a defense mechanism so that he doesn’t overload himself again.
