Summary
The evening has grown dark enough that Grian can barely tell his mossy cobble from his regular cobble. He can still feel the difference in his hands, the minute difference in weight familiar after several long days of building, so it’s barely a concern at this point, but it’s worth noting.
He places another layer of cobble down, careful to keep the veins of moss consistent as he goes. The oncoming night makes it a little more difficult to do this part. He has to reach out and run his fingers over the surrounding parts of the build, feeling out the fuzz of moss where it creeps out from rough stone.
Etho, as he tends to do, takes Grian by surprise.
Grian is tired. Etho does something about it.

The void was cold. It was empty, silent, and so dark Tommy could barely see his fingertips when he stretched out his arm. It was numbing. Terrifying… Peaceful almost. Tommy honestly had no idea how long he had been in the darkness. Minutes felt like hours, and hours like seconds. He had no idea how he’d even ended up here unless this was death. For a little while he had tried screaming. The blackness swallowed his voice, and his throat hurt so he stopped trying. Time passed. Or maybe it didn’t. He blacked out. When he came to, he was falling from the sky. Expletives burst from his mouth as he fell toward the grass. By the time he hit the ground, his voice had been silenced. The cracked screen of his communicator showed him a blaring red message.

Summary
When Tommy was seven he was a beloved member of the Hermitcraft server. Boatem Crew found him hiding out underneath their bases before they began building.
But when the moon got a little to big.They had to get out fast.
At the very beginning of season nine, there is a certain someone missing from the crowd.
The Hermits try to find Tommy through all known servers. What they don't know is there is an underground server growing, one that is slowly stealing members away from others servers to play. The server would grow and grow into an experiment of life and death, war and peace, a story of who could survive the longest.
But when a certain rift pops up, hey were thrown through a loop when they entered the empires server. Most of the hermits somehow appearing in this completely new world with some of their old friends.
Now back in Hermitcraft, it seems someone else has come back to haunt them once again.
Or: Remember all those Hermit! Tommy stories that used to come out. I made one, but added a little bit of flavor to spice it up. And added the Empires crew for fun. This is a fun one a promise.
