Summary
Satoru presses his mouth to the space over Suguru’s heart, and falls asleep abruptly. Suguru cannot. He listens to the rhythm of Satoru’s breath, the heat of it on his chest, the slack of his fingers and the drape of his ankles. Counts the hairs that fall across Satoru’s forehead and traces the curve of his ears. He is so beautiful in repose. Suguru wants to shift, crawl down Satoru’s body and fit his head inside his shirt, inside his skin, inside his bones. He thinks it would still not be enough. Thinks of a world free of curses and pain and the sisyphean labour of killing, killing, killing and weighs it against the warmth of Satoru’s body in the mornings and the curve of his grin and the pink of his tongue, and Suguru thinks, so what, so what.
It is not so difficult to consider, here in the gentle dim of night with the boy he loves, absent of consequence. A world teeming with curses will still turn, still endure. He is not a god. He is barely a man. It is not for him to harbour such hubris.
Or: A few years after his defection, Suguru loses his cursed technique and returns to Jujutsu Tech.

Summary
Tom had grand plans for his latest year at Hogwarts. It would be the year he conquered death, achieved heights most wizards could only dream of reaching. He would settle for no less.
As surely as spring follows winter, as surely as dawn follows night, I will return to you. Through all the cycles of our lives, through conflict and harmony, my heart knows its way home to you.
Fate, however, had different plans for him. Presenting as an omega was only the tip of the iceberg. An unexpected blemish on his perfect plans but nothing he couldn’t handle even still. A mysterious new transfer student who had a sudden and quite jarring fascination with him was a bit more of a curveball, but Tom could use this. Especially when the strange new student came with such a prestigious name.
Being courted by an unknown entity, however, was not something Tom had thought he’d ever have to navigate. Especially one who seemed to know him better than Tom had ever let anyone see before. Add to the mix a Dark Lord who has inexplicably turned his sights towards Hogwarts and this year was turning out to be quite a bit different than Tom had planned.
