Summary
It’s strange sometimes, thinking about fourteen. Fourteen seemed so far away from twelve, with Sarah. Fourteen was high school and the travel soccer team she wanted to join and maybe a part time job. Fourteen seemed grown up, compared to his little girl.
Fourteen now is different, with Ellie. Fourteen means she’s seen more violence than she ever should have. Fourteen means two years away from being forced to join the military. Fourteen is jaded about dead bodies. But fourteen is also sleeping in the passenger seat like a little kid. Fourteen was full of awe at actual fireflies. Fourteen is sweet and scared and so much younger than he remembers.
Fourteen is a strange age to think about.
Or: Ellie sleeps and Joel has feelings.

Summary
A request for "gentle first time between a priest and a demon" that spiraled completely out of control into a nearly 10k ramble
I just felt like that scenario required a lot of set up to feel believable!Reclusive Father Thomas lives a quiet life in a small church in remote Red Hill, alone but for the memories that haunt him, until the day a shadow appears in the garden. With simple honesty, he catches the shadow in a game of truth-telling, and an ancient force of nature is forced for the first time to contemplate its own existence.

Summary
There is a big difference between a trans man exploring his identity/sexuality through fanfiction, and a cis writer misrepresenting what it means to be FTM. If you're a cis writer with the best of intentions, I hope these guidelines and resources will assist you in improving your treatment of trans men.
Chapter 1: Writing Guide, FTM Anatomy.
Chapter 2: Gallery of Trans Men.
Chapter 3: FTM Media Recommendations.
Chapter 4: Racism in Trans Headcanons. This guide was originally posted on my old account, which has since been deleted due to transphobic comments, including threats of violence. I have posted it again anyway, because I take this matter very seriously. Do not repost, copy, or in any way plagiarise this guide. But please feel free to share a link to it, so that cis authors can improve the way that they depict trans men. I have tagged characters which are discussed in the guide, and are therefore relevant. If you encounter this guide while browsing those tags, that's why.
