Endless future plans and empty promises – these what were left of Kim Dokja’s previous relationships. He eventually reached his tipping point and told himself if he ever gets into another relationship, he’ll warn his partner about future plans and promises not only because it makes him look forward to something that’s completely out of his control, but because he thinks it’ll jinx the trajectory of the relationship. He didn’t want to have his hopes up only for it to be shattered again.
