Summary
For too long have the people of Brockton Bay suffered at the hands of sin and corruption. The Villains run rampant, the gangs operate with little intervention, and criminals infest the streets while the heroes were being chained and restricted by a corrupt system.
The people fled the streets whenever night came. They feared the demons that come out from the darkness once the light of day is snuffed out.
But what if there was something else out there that even demons fear? It was time for a Lethal Protector to rise up and clean the plague that continues to degrade and decay his city.
