The year is 2008 and Grantaire has a fucking headache.
Though, really, that is his fault entirely.
Drinking liquor stores is, to be fair, the only way he can get drunk. Being an angel and all. It's terribly inconvenient, this he knows well, but the price to pay for having a shitty ass fucking life and also wings. (The wings are pretty sweet, he'll concede to that point. But the rest sucks.)
Now, one might be confused as to why an angel of the Lord, our Father who art in Heaven, would be getting drunk. The answer is rather simple: not only does being an angel suck, but everything else does as well.

Upon reaching StarClan, she was granted a second chance. This time, she would return nearly a year later, fully grown and possessing special abilities. In exchange for her life, she agreed to warn her clan of a great evil approaching and help fight it back to where it belonged, keeping her new abilities as a bonus gift from StarClan. Her return was met with a hesitant welcome. At first, they regarded her as a prisoner, believing she was a copycat trying to infiltrate them as a spy. Eventually, she proved herself to most of her family, but others still required time to accept her. Unfortunately, one night, a stranger came and took one of their kits. The clan panicked, and she recognized evidence that this cat was from the underworld. They argued about whether or not to believe her. She seemed to be the only one who knew how to handle the situation, so the clan cautiously followed her lead. Blackfire had been assigned to keep watch and eliminate her if she did anything suspicious, as he didn’t believe she was truly the same kit they had lost.

Lute was ready to rip this fucking bitch’s head off, to pull at her skin until the parts connecting it to her neck splattered apart in a glorious display of sinful, obsidian blood. Not the most efficient killing method, for sure, but she wanted it to be fucking painful. And it would still be way too fucking good for her, this loathsome creature who had stolen away the only person she had ever truly cared for, had killed a man so holy she didn’t even deserve to be in his presence. Doing it in front of that traitorous bitch and the gaggle of fuckups she called a hotel staff would be a nice touch, though. As she angled herself to fly to the hotel, her hostage squirmed in her grasp, though not as harshly as Lute had assumed she would.
“Um, excuse me?’ Came her voice. “I have no idea who you are and why you’re kidnapping me, so could we maybe… I don’t know, start a dialogue?”
Lute was prepared to snarl in the demon’s face, itching to rip her fucking throat out with her teeth, but then… she actually saw her face. And while it was certainly quite similar to that of Charlotte Morningstar’s, there a few differences: most notably her wide, brown doe eyes.

Aaah... I don't know what exactly to put here, but I won't be so pretentious with the description so I'll cut to the chase.
Just another story where we will see the characters of Hazbin Hotel or Hellaverse along with other characters but I will not follow the canon to the letter, or in short I will separate myself from the stipulated canon to give a story that does not have to be rooted in the worst Worldbuilding and way of making and developing characters that Hellaverse gave us.
So I'll do this Fanfiction to see if I can give something at least slightly better than what has been seen, how good, it's not that it's hard to beat that, but you know what I know
I like all the characters in Hellaverse but hey, they are all made to such a Modern perspective and, too centrist (ahem, the United States, Vivzipop making hell and Heaven almost in the image of certain parts of the country, the same for the characters) to certain issues, what will I translate this to a point of view of what they all are.
Beings as old as the Universe and, little by little, they learn to be more, in their own way. But that's character development.
(I speak Spanish, i translate into English using a translator)
