After the resolution of the Final Days, Isabella Bento, the star's champion kept herself busy by working everyday gathering leves and taking up an apprenticeship in alchemy. However, she found that she wanted to do more. She had found the maps of the realm lacking and she wanted to improve them. She also found herself missing her former colleagues. She had so many more questions now that she was no longer trying to save the star. Where did she come from? What was the meaning of her name? Her adoptive mother encouraged her to travel the star to find out, but even reaching the edge of existence failed to give her clarity.
This work follows the FFXIV Warrior of Light after the Final Days (Endwalker) and supplements the Main Scenario Questline with more detail. Patch 6.1 (Newfound Adventure) and beyond’s dialogue is woven in for story continuity.
Note: In real life, I have a full time job, AND play FFXIV, AND attend graduate school, so sometimes there is a delay in chapter releases. :) I am still working this story (even though I am very far behind).
Also, I have marked this as Mature, but this story is not intended to be a romance novel, it just gets spicy sometimes. ;)

Danny “Psychopath” Johnson is out here making attempts at character development due to ✨ power of love ✨ jk - Ghostie is obsessive and clingy and latches on to Laurie with the intensity of a small hurricane since he is finally getting attention, even with the serial killer stuff on the table right from the start! Unprecedented! Meant to be!
Laurie finds she has weird chemistry with the needy Ghost, and seeing how antagonistic her “relationship” with the Boogieman of Haddonfield is, Danny is starting to look real attractive with his paranoia-bordering situational awareness and willingness to pull a knife on anyone. Giant Boogiemen included.
The Entity doesn’t like Laurie stealing Her pet, and the escape-plan gets even more complicated once the Shape realizes that someone is MAKING MOVES AT HIS ██████ █ ██ █
*insert crazy jealousy and drama* Michael is acting semi-canon in this fic, (scary as shit) Danny is more wholesome, but also unhinged :’D
