Tim's parents faked their deaths and fled the country years ago, but neglected to take him with them. He spent some time on the streets, and now at 16, he makes a living as a fortune teller, stalking and hustling the shit out of Gotham's elite by telling them eerily accurate fortunes based on the information he gathers about them.
His life is peculiar but he wouldn't change a thing. When he gets booked for the big Wayne Halloween party, however, he finds himself getting all tangled up with the Waynes, and the more fortunes he tells, the tighter the snare becomes.or: Tim just wanted to scam Gotham's elite, not end up on the Batfamily's watchlist. But it seems they just won't leave him alone..

Summary
Jason walks into Titans Tower expecting a fight and the satisfaction of beating down the new Robin.
He walks into a suicide instead.
(After multiple back-to-back missions, urgent reports that needed to be filled out, and the stress of a new hostile player in Gotham, sleep has not come easily for Tim. Fortunately for him however, his inability to die has given him a unique, but effective, way of dealing with insomnia.
Unfortunately for everyone else, Jason decides to invade the Titan Tower at the exact same time.)

Alfred normally could afford to let his concentration shift away from his chores. As of late, however, he finds that one particular duty has taken significantly more concentration. That being laundry.
It was always so simple before. He could never mistake an article of his own clothing for something of Bruce’s. The same went for Bruce and Dick or Jason. Even when his eldest two grew large enough to possibly borrow Bruce’s casual wear items, neither likely would. They had very different tastes. Even if Tim liked something of one of his elder brothers’, he would never fit into them. The same went for Cassandra. Certainly, one would never confuse any of Bruce’s laundry for Tim or Cassandra’s.
Tim and Cassandra’s clothes, however, were another story.

Ever since he lost his spleen, Tim's been more unwell than he used to. This feels like something different. And it keeps happening.

So, it didn’t start out like this.
Alfred would scoff at the statement, about how Bruce was trying to justify the whole situation to himself. It had started out as a simple design, black everything with black outlines and black hood. It got a little more intense as the world went on, got wind of his ghost on the streets, and became scared of The Bat . So Bruce got a little more creative with it, Alfred and him had a good laugh over the name, the scare, and Alfred had a vicious streak of humor that he had passed onto his ward-
So now the suit had a visible bat-theme, an insignia to drape in the shadows and to paint across the streets of Gotham.
It only took a year into the whole charade of heroism for Bruce to overhear a conversation between some goons- some low level thug hired by the Riddler this week- about nothing at all pertaining to what the hell the Riddler was doing in the sewers but instead:
“ The Batman can fly, you know, I’ve seen his wings.”

Personally, Tim thinks this is a bit late for people to find out. But he gave up having a normal life a long time ago, so, really, he probably shouldn't be surprised.
