Summary
After a mysterious cosmic entity tears apart two intertwined souls during a confrontation with Arceus, one of the souls is left damaged, incomplete, and barely stable. Given the name Azure by Arceus himself, the weakened soul, now given his blessing to augment it’s weakened state, is sent into the world with a single purpose: stop the coming disaster before it consumes everything.
Azure awakens as a lone Eevee with little memory of who he once was. Living outside the safety of guilds and civilized society, he survives by exploring dangerous Mystery Dungeons alone, despite suffering from the early stages of a memory-destroying illness known as Mystery Dungeon Dementia. Every failed dungeon crawl costs him pieces of himself, yet he refuses to stop.
He believes evolution and becoming stronger may help him recover his fading memories and uncover the truth behind his past. But as fragments of forgotten connections, strange instincts, and hidden purpose begin surfacing, Azure slowly realizes his existence may be tied to something far greater than he ever imagined.
Can Azure hold himself together long enough to save the world?
