Nitroglycerin is used for both extremely powerful explosives and heart medicine, Katsuki Bakugou’s quirk “Explosion” makes him sweat a very pure form of nitroglycerin. Nitroglycerin is used for those who have heart problems with dangerously high blood pressure but for someone healthy with good cardiovascular health the nitroglycerin can cause heart palpitations, tachycardia and fainting.
Izuku does not have heart problems of any kinds. But izuku has been constantly exposed to at least a little bit of nitroglycerin on the daily basis sense he was five making his heart addicted to the substance and works with the relaxed vessels and deals okay with the palpitations but that was when he was younger and didn’t have nearly as much stress in his life but what will happen once that stress hits.Inko is revealed to be medically abusive and Bakugou gets consequences and redemption.
