Chapter Text
Crown remembered the very first time he visited the Noob Level. He was only a Ten year old Master Child - He was of course born at the Second highest Floor. Master Rank and Golden boots just like his parents, His mom was born at the level but his had Father spawned in.
He was told stories about the Parkour champion by his parents, how they had control everything and set all the rules. The Young child listened with fascination regarding the myth, He wonders if such players actually exist and that wonder would never leave him.
He was also told about the Hierarchy and Rank and how, as they are in the Master Rank must keep those the one in the Pro Rank in control and should never interact with the "Filthy" Noobs. Masters should never interact with noobs, that's the Pro's Job.
So, of course he listened.
He excels in Parkour duels when, despite his young age - he already practically Master the art of building the hardest Parkour course that sets even the adults in confusion.
He was praised, Respected, some even said feared.
So how did he ended up lost in the pathetic noob level.
It all started a normal day, His father is send down to do a daily checkups on the Pros to make sure that they're doing what they're supposed to do.
Crown isn't excited, he much rather stay in his home and practice his Parkour skills more rather than interact with those on the lower levels but his Father had insisted he should at least understand how the Pro's level work - Who knows if he got assigned to boss them around.
So Crown sigh tiredly, refill his water bucket and follow his father down to the lower level.
He landed gracefully onto the grass blocks and examined the stone buildings - An inferior look compare to the skyscrapers up there. The Distance is even shorter, a two block jump rather than three block jump that Crown is used to.
His Father gather the Pro's up and ask for their updates, their task and their duties. His Father had asked them all with a serious, cold face.
"What do you mean you haven't feed the noobs?" Question his Father angrily.
The Pro started shaking in fear, "I-i just got my task."
"Then do it!" Father had screamed and the Pro scramble away to do his job.
Crown can't help but let out an amused grin at them all looking terrified. His Father told him that he shouldn't be forgiving of any mistakes no matter how small it is - A mistake is a mistake and a mistake is not acceptable.
"Why didn't you challenge him to a Parkour Battle?" Crown asked, his Father would never let anyone go without a Parkour duel.
"Who to say I won't?" His father chuckle and ruffled his head, "You know, I have an idea, why don't you keep an eye on the guy and make sure he actually returns so I can fight him."
Crown's eyes lit up in excitement and chaos, "I follow him around?"
His father gave a laugh, "Just make sure he meet up with me at the training grounds."
He nods his head and gave a little salute like how Soldiers would give to their commander and started chasing after the Pro - His father had give him a mission and he's not going to let him down.
"AND DON'T GO FARTHER THAN THE STAIRS, YOU DON'T WANT TO ENDED UP IN THE NOOB LEVEL WOULD YOU?!" His father shouted from the distance and Crown shouted back in acknowledgment.
He managed to reach the room that connected the Pro level and the Noob one using stone Parkour stairs. He look down to see the Pro trailing down in a hurry and take a seat to wait for the Pro to return.
Time passed and no sign of the Pro returned, His pure white eyes is glued on the bottom - He could stay for longer or...
Went down the Noob Level.
He could listen to his Father's words or...
Went down the Noob Level.
Crown took a deep breath and suddenly felt very curious, His parents always talk badly about the noobs; How terrible they are at Parkour, how pathetic they are, how they couldn't even do a two block jump, how they will forever be at the bottom, always looking up, always being the worst.
It's.... Interesting, He wants to see this low class society.
And see how better he is compared to them, How they are nothing compared to him.
His parents orders and words went unheard and he jump down to the first platform and jump to the second one, then the third, and then he keeps on going.
