Everyone watches as they cheer for Sora and Kairi. Sora signals for all of his friends, and they join in the celebration. Jon is not in his football gear, instead wearing his regular clothes and beanie, and Masae is still feral because Emile’s still here. They turn to Catherine’s “friends,” who are still unconscious, and come up with a way to dispose of them.
Sora asks, “WHO WANTS TO GO TO DISNEYLAND?!” Stuffing Catherine’s “friends” into a bodybag, which they store in the back of the AE86, Sora, Kairi, Roxas, and Miku all hop in and, like always, shift into Initial D mode pumping the Eurobeat to the max. Sora then drifts into a parking space at Disneyland. Sora turns off the car, hops out, and signals for everybody to get out. They comply, and together they take out the bodybag containing Catherine’s “friends.” They then walk through Disneyland, stopping at the one ride they were hoping to find.
Sora and his friends remove Catherine’s “friends” from the bodybag, one at a time, and strap each of them to a seat on the ride. Activating the ride and setting it to never stop, they watch and wave as the ride takes Catherine’s “friends” out of sight, the original version of “It’s a Small World” playing in the background. Sora gets an idea and yells, “Everyone, to the AE86!”
Sora and his friends rush back to the AE86 and hop in. Sora starts the car up, shifts it into Initial D mode, and pumps the Eurobeat version of “It’s a Small World” to max volume. Sora drifts corners until the Clock Tower rang out, signaling the time. It was 12:00 AM, so Sora dropped off Roxas and Miku first, then drove Kairi home. As Sora pulls up to Kairi’s house, Kairi looks into Sora’s eyes, “Sora, will you be there for me if I'm ever in a bind? I feel like-” Sora cuts her off with an immediate answer, “Yes, Kairi.” Kairi looked deeper into his eyes, and hugged Sora. Kairi got out of the AE86 and Went into her house. She left something for Sora on the passenger seat, and he picked it up. It was a Wayfinder that Kairi made using Thalassa shells. On the back of the Wayfinder was a note reading: “Thank You, Sora.“ While looking at a drawing of Sora and Kairi exchanging the Paopu Fruit, he smiles and hangs the Wayfinder on the rear-view mirror, and drives home. Drifting into his customary parking spot at his house, Sora breathed a sigh of relief, finally allowing himself to relax. “It’s finally over,” he thought, reminiscing about recent events. “Prom came and went, but this is just the beginning for Kairi and I.” Sora exits the AE86, walks up to his house’s front door, opens it, and steps inside, allowing the door to close behind him.
Sora and Kairi would remain together during the gang's senior year, going to prom again that year. Roxas would eventually start dating Hatsune Miku and eventually fall for each other. She and Josuke would skip to their junior year once Sora's senior year started. TheRunawayGuys would join Sora's ranks and make Sora and Roxas TRG members in return.
