It's a time-honored tradition for the Joys to celebrate the holidays with enthusiasm and well, for lack of a better word, joy, even if they couldn't treasure it together. Drawn in by concern and curiosity, Christmas discovers that her boss, Nick Peralta, had planned on spending the holiday and New Year working.
