    “Fuck.”

Tarquin swore under his breath and scrubbed a hand over his face. Three months since the Viper—since Ashur—revealed his identity to him, and yet Tarquin was only just now realizing he had never learned how to spell his last name.

    Summary

    "Descending," the ship says.

It doesn't need him to acknowledge it; under other circumstances, he might anyway. He doesn't.

It would be—difficult, right now. Difficult, as sharply focused as he feels, as tautly strung. His jaw is tight; he has no more attention to hand to apply to relaxing it than he had to respond to the ship. His own breath is loud in his ears—though perhaps that's attributable to the way his head and throat are enclosed by the half-visible Kryptonian helmet.

    Summary

Bruce is supposed to be the world’s greatest detective, a creature of the night, and a master of keeping secrets. However, none of those titles hold up against a heavy post-surgery dose of hospital painkillers.

When Clark walks into the recovery room, he finds a brilliantly loopy, incredibly high Batman who is currently having a profound emotional affair with a navy necktie.

As Clark tries to keep Bruce from loudly shouting their secret identities to the entire hospital wing, Bruce lets him in on a few top-secret classified secrets:
    1) He slept with Superman (and highly approves of his assets),
    2) He is going to marry Superman one day, and
    3) They are buying a farm with exactly four strategically balanced ducks.

Clark is just trying to survive the sheer, blushing embarrassment of it all, while secretly melting into a puddle of pure happiness.

This is a short POV from Clark's perspective in the first story, "This Wasn't Part of the VIP Package." You can read it separately and it doesn't lose its meaning, but the continuation would then be Bruce's POV.

    Summary

Someone at the Daily Planet wrote a hate piece on Bruce Wayne. Clark read the whole thing at his kitchen table with his glasses on and a red pen in hand.

He found one spelling mistake, three possible grammar mistakes, five complete falsities, and three hundred words of utter bull crap.

He didn’t personally know Mr. Wayne, but he’d been to several charity galas and been in the same room as him. He was ditzy, self indulgent, and possibly shallow to his core, sure. He was, however, not ill intentioned, money hungry, or disregarding of others. He had multiple adopted children and held charity galas for every organization under Earth’s yellow sun, for God’s sake.

Clark couldn’t stand bad journalism. So, he set out to right this wrong.

Or, Clark discovers some interesting facts about billionaire, philanthropist, (holy cow, very attractive) Bruce Wayne
